Staging a home prior to listing it will increase buyer appeal, establish a strong first impression and augment the likelihood of your home getting sold within the first 10 days of being on the market.  An Interior Redesigner has the ability to enhance the interior decor of your space and transform your home from looking drab to fab in a minimal amount of time.

    When staging a new or vacant home, you typically want to showcase each room to increase the likelihood of closing the sale during an open house. However for the purposes of marketing, staging can begin in the living room and kitchen, followed by the bedroom and bathroom. When staging an owner occupied home, we recommend hiring a Professional Organizer to help the homeowner de-clutter and de-personalize their home upon completion of our initial home staging consultation prior to having us style and showcase the home to potential buyers.

    Our clients are typically realtors, real estate investors, and real estate developers who would like to stage and style new, vacant or vacation properties to increase their market value. We also work with homeowners who have edited their space and would like to refresh, revive, and revamp their home to live in through our Feng Shui Interior Decor + Redesign Home Styling services or to prepare their home for sale through our Home Staging & Styling services.

  • 5What are the benefits of home staging?

    A staged property attracts more potential buyers, increases the speed of your property sale, ultimately reduces stress and saves you time and money.

  • 6What type of services do you offer?

    Sterling Home Styling provides you with advisory and implementation services to stage or decorate your property from inception to fruition. Typically each client engagement begins with a 2-hour initial consultation depending on the size of the property, which is then followed by our home styling services. If necessary during this consultation, we will provide you with home improvement and organization recommendations. However we do not participate in home general contractor project management or professional organizer and professional mover services.

  • 8How do I get started?

    Simply review our menu of services, fill out our needs assessment form indicating the services of interest to you. Within 24 hours we will send you a detailed proposal and timeline, our investment structures, as well as our availability. For optimal results, we recommend allocating three (3) weeks from the initial consultation date for home staging and styling services before showing the property to potential buyers.

  • 9What happens during the initial consultation?

    An initial consultation is comprised of the property evaluation, our recommendations, and a detailed action plan to prepare the property for sale. This assessment is an investment of US$300 and can be done on site or virtually depending on location.

  • 10What are your fees and what forms of payment do you accept?

    Sterling Home Styling’s 2-hour initial consultations are US$300 – US$500 depending on the size of your property. Our fully comprehensive Home Staging services will be an investment of 0.3% of the initial listing property purchase price with a minimum property value of US$500,000 which does not include the cost of rental furniture. Our Interior Redesign services begin at US$350 for a 2 hour consultation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for property values of a million dollars or less and bank wire transfers for all other transactions.
